Lord Lucifer controls Hell. He makes contracts to help people in return for their souls - the spark of life that makes a person who he or she is. And then, when you die truly, your soul will go to the realm of Hell and burn for eternity.

He - he may seem pleasant enough here, but that is his nature. He rebelled against God and steals souls from Him by tempting them to sin or contracting with them to deprive them of Heaven.
