☣ 016 | audio | standard/hackable lock from all trolls
Does anyone here keep running into people from their planet who say they're from the future, and who tell you that you're supposed to be dead?
Hypothetically.
[OOC: This post is audio because I figure not everyone wants her courier crap showing up on their flist, but anyone that's told me here that they don't mind her typing quirk will be getting her hiding behind text. If you reply to this and don't mind text responses, please let me know via that link! ♥]

But I knew I was screwed.

[Jo settles back against the wall she's leaning against.]
I'd accepted my death back home, but Cas told me that I had died for sure when I got here. Kind of the nail in the coffin of reality.

[Ouch. He didn't expect this to hurt him as much as it did.]
... Did that happen to you?

...
To answer your question, it didn't happen to me.
[Yet.]

I - I have not met anyone I know personally who has said this to me, but - I know to what I return. I shall have two days at home.
Oh, Vriska, I am sorry. I do not wish such knowledge on anyone.
[Because she's learned by now that 'hypothetically' with her friend means 'very, very true.']

If no one's said it to you, how do you know you'll only have two days?

The gravestones. The date of my death was two days after the last day I was home. And, while no one from home has said such to me, one here whom I trust has. The date is true, the vision I saw was true. Even Lord Shakespeare's play tells of it. I think that is why no one wished me to read it.
Who has - hypothetically - said such things to you, Vriska?

... Terezi and both Karkats. Hypothetically.
