Back home, priority shift usually meant 'sorry we sent you halfway across the world, we just decided that we're relocating you directly the opposite side of the world to do THIS mission instead. Well, it wasn't that kind of priority shift. It was a "me and Castiel have been talking a lot and I've learned some new things" kind of priority shift.
